The 2012 Annual general
meeting will be held in Shippagan, New Brunswick.
The
tentative dates are June 15-17, 2012 at the Université de
Moncton, Campus de Shippagan.
The AGM Volunteer Task Group has embarked on the logistics of the
2012 AGM including developing the agenda activities, securing the
location, looking for presenters and looking for funding. More
information will be posted on this page as details are
confirmed.

Coastal Zone Canada Conference
2012 will be held in Rimouski, QC from June 9 to 14 2012.

For the first time in its history, this year Annual general
meeting of the Membership of the Southern Gulf of St.Lawrence
Coalition on Sustainability was held in Cap-aux-Meules in the
Magdalene Islands of Quebec. The
Comité Zip des
Îles-de-la Madeleine was our host in this lovely coastal
community. Together we worked hard to give our members an
informative and active workshop and networking event. We would like
to thank all our members who attended, our presenters, the
Comité Zip, AttentionFrag-Îles and of course the
Municipalité des Ïles-de-la-Madeleine and
their residents for receiving us.
Présentations
At the AGM we had two special presentations by Gabrielle
Beaulieu and Alice Roy-Bolduc, the 2010 and 2011 recipients of
the Coalition-SGSL Sustainability Scholarship. Their
presentations can be viewed on the scholarship's page. We
invite student to prepare for the 2012 scholarship. More
